Phrase Health Capabilities Model Vol. 1: People
Over the course of five months, Phrase Health held discussions with 50+ health systems on data analytics to drive quality improvement and clinical outcomes.
From these conversations emerged a clear understanding of maturity phases in relation to a specific aspect of widespread data analytics: the interaction of people with the healthcare data program. This paper divides this analysis into two areas related to people: data translation and data engagement.
